Good things going on

Recovered from the cold, although it hasn't gone yet. Did the Thursday club swim session in the intermediate Lane and didn't do too badly. Got the usual cramps in the instep of my left foot, coach says I hold that foot more rigid than the right, so along with everything else I have something else to work on. Then did an easy 4-mile run this morning, managed to stay 1-minute per mile under my normal pace...

Had a really useful dialogue with Chris Moffatt the BTA webmaster, and pretty accomplished triathlete in his own right, over on the tri-talk forum. They are making some interesting and highly commendable changes this weekend.

And then the good news kept coming. Two really good pieces of news on the job front, one I'm going to have to decline and the other looks like a great piggy back opportunity. Funny how things work out! Up at 6.30a.m. for the Staurday bike ride - I'd rather be in Tampa this weekend for Gasparilla - the locals sure know how to party.
