2004 Tri-Force Training log

I've posted a copy of the spreadsheet produced yearly by club member Iain Curtis. The spreadsheet has a sheet for races but most importantly sheets for monthly training logs.

You can enter daily swim, bike, run, weight entries and these are summarised by week, month and totals. Each days entry includes space to record how you felt, what you did etc.
