I know how you feel. I never can figure it out, but I always more the day after a race. You'd think I'd weigh less because I'm dehydrated and de-fueled. It must be the heavy legs!
I don't think my weight has much to do with the race, more to do with the amount and type of food I've been eating since I did my IM distance race two weeks ago. It's all gone to pot... I've been eating like a house.

Still, the trips to Cold Stone Creamery were worth eat, so were the beers and burgers after sundays race. Time to get some discipline back now otherwise I'll really be in trouble in the new year...
